Returns
Set out are the Terms & Conditions of purchasing on www.oceanablueswimwear.com and are applicable to all online orders.
Oceana Blue reserves the right to refuse the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Delivery & Returns policy.
This policy is applicable only to online customers and does not extend to customers who have purchased from an Oceana Blue stockist. Items purchased from a Oceana Blue stockist are bound under that retailer’s Returns and Exchanges Policy. Oceana Blue cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges for purchases made outside of www.oceanablue.com or www.oceanablueswimwear.com
For International orders, we are not responsible for parcels being delayed or held up in customs or if there is a duty required to pay on goods purchased from Oceana Blue Swimwear, please check with your local post office facility to find out if this will affect your Country.

If you find a fault within 5 days of delivery please contact hello@oceanablueswimwear.com for return procedure.
We do not accept responsibility of customer sent returns or exchange packages: so it is advised when shipping returns that they meet the required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking.
Please Note; Duty, Tax and/or shipping cost incurred on a returned item order is at the expense of the customers unless redeemed faulty.
No refunds given for incorrect choice or incorrect size, can exchange at customer expense.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all swing tags attached.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate i.e. swimsuits, bikinis

Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned, purchases are final.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are the incorrect size, If you need to exchange it for the same item, different size please send us an email at hello@oceanablueswimwear.com and wait for our response. Please do not send a garment without contacting us first.
